Rudiger Jones Director of Operations, Vice Chairman

By Adam Carr at en.wikipedia [Public domain], from Wikimedia Commons Mr. Jones brings his extensive field experience to NCCIE after distinguished service in Brazil's National Recovery and Reclamation Directorate. There, he led a team of several hundred governmental and nongovernmental professionals to ensure the conservation and reclamation of tertiary (third-tier) resources. The effort returned previously discounted monies (US$750 million over five years) thought misrouted to offshore entities. Mr. Jones received the 2008 Telperion Award for his work on Brazil's high-altitude tertiary (third-tier) recovery project. "Digger," as he likes to be called, spends his few off-hours creating steel and concrete sculpture for the grounds of his Lancaster, Penn., family farm.
